1883 Louisville Rd, Alcoa

DESCRIPTION

Originally this site had a very small building, but great location at the intersection of two busy roads. LWC was able to design-build this project to create a XXXsf retail center. In order to maximize the parking and building square footage, we used underground storm water detention to eliminate the need for a pond. We also assisted the Owner in purchasing and combining an adjacent piece of property to expand the parking, subdivide a portion of it and donate it to the City for tax purposes.
